To schedule an appointment on-line
Click on the service and length of time you would like.
Next choose a date and time.
Sign in to your free Full Slate account or supply the requested information to schedule your appointment.
If you don't have a Full Slate account and supplied the requested information, you will be directed to confirm your e-mail address before the booking is complete.
Once your e-mail is confirmed, you will then be given the options to pay for your appointment and to register for a free Full Slate account to manage your appointments.
Download and complete the new client history form(s) at www.johnfrenchlmt.com if you are new or have not been seen in the last twelve months. Forms can be found under the "Forms" page of the website.
Please arrive at least ten minutes before your appointment to allow for the therapist to talk with you about your massage that day.
